Hi Samantha! I LOVE every single ring you featured in this post. I'm really into that style of ring right now as well! As for the shoes - they ARE still available (although they're sold out in a number of places). I had to go through a few google pages to find them. There's also a few pairs on ebay. They run 1/2 size small so I had to get an 8.5 instead of an 8. :)
