Just wanted to make a quick post with two items I have been lemming for the past few weeks. This blazer popped up in my email a few weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about it. It's from Madewell and I'm not sure if it's in stores yet. I hate that you can't shop online with them, so I'll have to make a trip to the store in Soho to check it out and try it on. The only thing that has me on the fence about it, is the price tag. With it being over $100, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I know I'll get a lot of use out of it Spring/Summer, but in NYC, where it's cold more than warm, I don't know if it's the best piece to invest in. I do love it though. I've been scouring the net trying to fiond a less expensive alternative with no luck. I'm goign to think it over a little more and decide what to do. Isn't it the cutest though?
Madewell Striped Academy Blazer
Another item I have been on the hunt for for months now is the perfect chain strap handbag. The first thing that comes to mind, well my mind, is Chanel, but of course that is far outside of my budget. I then looked ta the Rebecca Minkoff MAC and almost had it, but due to an issue with the seller on ebay, it couldn't be mine. Now I'm back to square one and can't find the perfect bag. This is actually something I've been looking for for probably over a year now. If I do find any I like, they end up looking to cheap or are too expensive. I've been eyeing one from topshop but I'm unsure of the sizing. I'm not sure if it will be big enough for all the crap I hold. it's alos out of ctock currently.
